If you are moving and/or having an inspection, then your clean has to be as detailed as the inspection will be detailed.

We clean every window and window frame - freshening any curtains and cleaning blinds* - Full clean of rooms, all cobwebs, all radiators & heaters, all woodwork which includes all skirting boards and all doors & door frames and window frames. 

 

All handles and switches, light fittings and light shades.

 

Floor - If carpeted the carpets steam cleaned, if other surface, mopped.

In the kitchen it includes all units - all white goods - dishwasher - fridge - freezer - washing machine. - All woodwork, walls, tiles, lights, doors, heater - window & frames - Door and door frame. 

 

The kitchen is a huge job to clean to pass a detailed inventory inspection.

In the bathroom, a full detail clean is needed - the whole bathroom, including limescale removal and clean of all tiles and grouting. Shower screens, shower fittings, radiators, sink, toilet, windows and frames.
